Dr. Christina Psaroudaki

About me

I am a condensed matter theoretical physicist. Since June 2023 I hold the position of Mitsubishi Heavy Industry (MHI) Chair of Quantum Information at  Laboratoire de Physique de l'Ecole Normale Supérieure (LPENS) in Paris.

Since June 2023  I was a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cologne and until October 2021 I was a postdoc in Caltech, in the group of Prof. Gil Refael. Prior to that, I was conducting postdoctoral research in the group of Prof. Daniel Loss, University of Basel, on the quantum and nonequilibrium dynamics of magnetic skyrmions. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Crete under the supervision of Prof. Xenophon Zotos, where I conducted research on the transport properties of low-dimensional quantum spin systems and developed state-of-the-art numerical and analytical skills on many-body dynamics.
